Traveling from NC and my escape lost power. Got towed to Dick Smith and had their alternator replaced within 3 hours. A great thanks goes to Kyle in the service dept. and all of the employees at Dick Smith.

i.e., A local favorite, oI was referred to Dick Smith Ford by Chad Weeden. He told me it would be a smooth sailing process and he was 100% right! The staff had everything ready to go before I even walked in the door... All that was missing was the big red "Easy" button! Thx guys!! r highly recommended because

Just got to say what a great experience I had at Dick Smith Ford and with Roger Neal and his team. Roger made the car buying process so easy for my wife and I. I would tell anyone that is in the market for a new car to consider coming to Dick Smith Ford because these guys are great! Thanks guys!

I was referred to Lee Cook by some friends that had recently purchased a car at Dick Smith. I can say they did not disappoint!! I told him what I was looking for and they happened to have something close at one of their other locations. He had it brought down for me and worked a good deal out. Thanks again for helping me find my suv!!

After tons of terrible car buying experiences I finally found a dealership and salesman that "treat me right". Nathan Beard was a tremondous help. I cannot express enough gratitude to this dealership and Nathan. Thank you so much for your way of business....it is a lost art

I have been wanting a 5 series BMW for a long time. Little did I know I would find one at a Ford Store. I made a phone call into the dealership and Nathan Beard answered the phone. I set up an appointment with him and came in to test drive the BMW. I was greeted with a smile and we headed for the highway..... needless to say I was sold. Nathan did a great job with everything he knew a lot about the car...showed me the features, even though he is a Ford man he knew his stuff. Love my car, loved the service.
