It was time for a new used car, so I headed to Dick Smith Ford. Once I got there I was greeted by Eric Basiliere who showed me great used cars with low miles and great prices. Within seconds I picked out my next car and Eric took it from there. Great salesman & dealership.
I went to several car lots over the weekend. Every single one of them wanted to try to put me into something that I did not want. I went into Dick Smith and talked to one of the saleman there and told him what I was looking for. Mr Cook came out and gave me several options that would work for my situation. He got me worked out on a newer car than I though I could get!! If you are getting pushed around at other places I would def recommend making a stop here first!!!
I had done my homework before I made it to the lot. When I arrived, I told Mr Cook exactly what I was looking for and where I wanted to be and that I didn't want to spend all day doing it. He did not disappoint!! He had me in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. I am not a big fan of dealing with car dealers, however the people over at Dick Smith were the easiest that I have dealt with so far.
I have bought a few vehicles from Dick Smith and every time I has been a great experience!! Mr Cook spent some time with me to make sure I knew how to work the sync system. Just the little extra things they do to make the purchase seem special!!
I bought a truck from Ronnie Walrath at Dick Smith Ford and it was the quickest easiest deal i have ever done ( after I picked out the truck ) He was honest and patient and i would recommend anyone to go see those guys

I was looking at preowned fusions all over the state. It seemed like everyone I looked at in my price range were loaded with miles. I finally found what I was looking for over at Dick Smith. The manager there, Mr Cook, worked me up a great deal on the exact car I had been searching for. I can't wait to take my next long trip!! Thanks Dick Smith Ford!!!!
