Just bought my new Fusion a few days ago from Dick Smith Ford. They truly seem to care even after the sale. Mr Cook, the sales manager there, even spent time with me after the sale to set my sync up and made sure I knew how to use the features. I've never been treated like that and will definatly be recommending to my friends and family!!

Was in a tough spot with my credit situation, really wanted a new car to replace my 2002 Expolrer. I called and Nathan answered the phone. He was able to get the financing secured and I was driving a 2011 Fusion before the end of the day. This Dealership did not judge me because of my troubled credit history and really took care of me. Thanks

I was having some car troubles while I was visiting family. The repairs needed were going to cost more than what my car was worth. The service dept directed me to Lee Cook. He was very helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle and was willing to try to help whichever way I decided to go. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle, but I am sure glad I found one!!!

Really a great job all around at Dick Smith Ford. I dealt with the Internet Manager Nathan Beard and the experience was really hassle Free. Real numbers, no funny games of cack and forth to the GM or trade numbers. Thanks for the great experience.

I called Dick Smith Ford looking for a used 12 passenger van for my church and I got Eric Basiliere on the phone. He told me what he had and approved me over the phone. All I had to do was sign and drive. Easiest car buying experience ever.

A positive review about a service department---for once. When I call or email Kyle with a question about service or my car in general, he is always on point. I wish every service department was like this one. Excellent customer service! Stangy and I leave happy every time. :-)

I was shopping for a dependable work truck and finally headed over to Dick Smith Ford after being referred to Chad Weeden. I am so glad that I listened for the first time in my life to friends! Chad had the truck picked out for me before I even got there. I handled pretty much everything by phone with him just using their website. I was in/out in less than 2 hours. Thanks again Chad I will send anybody I know looking for a vehicle your way!

Hey y'all Chad Weeden is the gentleman you need to contact before making any new vehicle purchase! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle call him! I used to work at the Sheriff's Office with him and he has been nothing but a great guy! I think half the Sheriff's Dept has purchased a vehicle from him!!

Robert Hiller is the man with the plan. I know car salesman is his profession and he is very friendly and helpful in everything that he do. Robert was willing to sit down and explain what he knew and listen to what I had to say. Way to go Robert and thanks for my new ride.
