RecommendedThe location is great, the staff is wonderful. Typically very fast on maintenance items (less the COVID lockdown). Wish security was more important to them. The complex has been very unsecured for a few months. No secured gates, all kinds of people in an out of the complex that do not live on the property. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

RecommendedI love living in 800 Towers! It is an amazing building from the units to the amenities and the staff. All around great experience!
RecommendedThis place is absolutely gorgeous. One of the absolute best views you can get in Cincinnati. They are trying to provide everything you need within the building. You really don't need to leave. I also want to mention the leasing agent, Caroline T. for being a sweetheart. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right place for my son and I. 5 stars!
RecommendedThe leasing agent, Caroline was HEAVEN SENT. With the pandemic, the last thing I needed was the added stress of moving. She is kind and thoughtful professional. She was extremely accommodating with my needs and was adamant in finding me the perfect place for me. She promptly responded to all questions and provided excellent advice!
The apartment complex should be condemned and perhaps rebuilt with the right management in the office and not have incompetent people working and running the place. Also they need customer service person rather than having answer machines to leave a voice mail and never having a call returned.
Waste of time! Unfortunately, I was denied due to a criminal record but that is not why I am leaving a bad review. After touring an apartment and applying a day later it took them over 3 weeks to give us an answer! And to add insult to injury both my g/f and I just received move-in welcome emails and surveys! So un-professional and now just mean!
RecommendedI’ve lived here almost 15 months and just renewed my lease for another year. :) Everyone has been great, namely my beloved concierge staff ~ Rebecca, George, Jasmine, Jailah, Desire and Bree! Jake at the valet is an mvp also. Amenities are great. The staff is truly like family and they’ve been so great especially during the recent Covid-19 ordeal. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
