This place is all sizzle but no steak. Basic maintenance is not performed. The elevators are constantly out of order, washing machines are dirty and musty and now the fire alarms are out of order and have been blaring all night. Management seems to think that superficial "upgrades" like putting radio into the elevators and modern-looking flooring in the common areas justifies the high rents.
