RecommendedI’ve lived here for about 7 months and really love it. The concierge staff is amazing and is always going above and beyond! I enjoy the amenities and it’s the perfect location. Highly recommended
I 100% do not recommend living here. It looks great at first because it’s a good location and decent size apartments but it’s a joke. The price seems fair but it’s really expensive for what you’re getting. The place is never clean... it’s disgusting actually. The lobby smells like urine all the time and instead of cleaning it they just blast lemon air freshener. The elevators are gross and smell like trash. Great place to live in KC! Awesome location.
Great space to live! Very friendly/helpful staff. Simply can't beat the location. 10/10 recommend!! I also really like the floor layouts. I'll definitely renew for next year!!
The new manager, Emily, is awesome! The community is in a great location, and the finishes are beautiful!
