The associate in the office, Katrina is awesome. Very customer service orientated and extremely helpful. I loved the clubhouse event.
RecommendedMy wife and I moved into the 800 Tower apartments this week and we couldn't be happier. Noelle helped to arrange all of the details and matched us with a unit that met all of our needs. Hollis and Brian have also been there to answer any questions that came up during the move. We continue to be impressed with the responsiveness of the staff and are looking forward to making our home here.
Screwed me out of a weeks rent in my security deposit because they conveniently plucked my move out date out of thin air to be after the expected date... I moved out two weeks early. After much deliberation back and forth they admitted their mistake but just never bothered sending the adjustment cheque. After reaching out for a while I finally gave up, which I’m sure was what they wanted. RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed my experience. The social aspect is great, and the pool nice to have in the summer and the location relative to Downtown Royal Oak and local grocery stores is really convenient. Kia-Anne is great to work with in the leasing office, and is quick to respond to questions I have.

I absolutely loved visiting this place with a close friend. Not only is the place one of the cleanest, but the building is very safe and secure despite the location of downtown Louisville. I met Tonya on my stay here and I was very delighted with how pure and helpful she was. She made the place feel like home and I highly recommend a stay here especially if all employees are as good as Tonya.
