I lived at DCA for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with my time there. The employees that work the concierge desk are the nicest people on the planet. The club level has a pool with tons of lounge chairs and two grills which is perfect for hot days in the summer. The location is perfect, right downtown within walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Wish I could stay!

I'm stuck in my lease here until July, I was so excited to move in but any time there is a problem the only way things get done is if your a jerk and follow up multiple times. Example someone left a dirty mattress and TV stand in the hallway and it's been 5 days and still sits there! Maintenance takes forever, this place is defiantly not with the rent and is NOT luxury living. Super disappointed.
Just moved in last week and so far I am absolutely loving it here! The staff has been nothing but courteous and attentive, the apartment looks fantastic, and the amenities are a HUGE plus! Will absolutely recommend to any and all of my friends interested in living downtown!
