Any new residents need to be made aware that this building will soon charge you $2.50 per package delivered to your apartment. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy and a great demonstration of the management's disdain for their residents.
I just moved in with my roommate early August and I already love it here... you can't beat the location and having a 24/7 concierge is awesome! When I get off work, whether I have a package or a friend is coming to visit, I know Ashley will be at the desk to help me out!
I’ve lived at the DCA since April and love it. Super convenient location, great view, good amenities. But the folks at the concierge desk are what really make it, especially Ashley! She goes out of her way to help and is a real delight to deal with.
I’ve lived here for almost a month and have had a great experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and the location can’t be beat!
The building was much better as Village Green . I worked at the building during the transition and CIty club used me until they made a new team . Very disturbing and unprofessional over all. DCA doesn't represent the culture they claim to have . The property manager did not like me because I voiced my opionion . Overall they don't care about the employees let alone the residents . I feel bad for the residents !
My girlfriend and myself been living here for 3 months. I love it here so peaceful the neighbors are friendly and the concierge Dominique is very helpful and has patience.
