Impressed Me – I found Depew on the frigidaire website when I did a search for service for my dishwasher. I have passed them on Burnet road several times, so the name was familiar. They answered on the second ring and the man was very friendly. He said he would be able to send a repairman out this afternoon! Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call. The repairman was on his way. Impressed – I was impressed with the staff's product knowledge and their ability to assess my needs. Delivery and installation were courteous and professional. I had to call the following week for service to adjust the door for better closure, this was done timely and efficiently. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Depew Appliance

Great Experience – We have bought several appliances from Depew Appliances and our experience with them has been great. They are professional and informative and listened to my needs to help me get exactly what I wanted. Their prices are competitive, AND, they service what they sell, not like Lowe's or Home Depot. I would recommend Depew Appliance to my family as well as my friends.

Highly Recommend – I love this place! Nice to see these days that a family business still exists. I called for a service call and they came out promptly, but due to the age of my refrigerator, it was not really worth the repair. The service guy was quite polite and very informative. Since they were so good to come out so fast, I wanted to try them for the purchase of my new refrigerator. What a great place! The sales lady was wonderful. best appliance service I have ever received – Depew Appliance has been out to our home three times this past year and they have extremely knowledgeable repairmen. The have always been right on target when it comes to problem solving and they are very prompt and professional. They fixed a problem with a refrigerator that even had the manufacturer was stumped. I highly recommend Depew Appliance and will continue to use them whenever we are in need.

Great appliances and helpful service – We have purchased a refrigerator, washer/dryer and dishwasher from DePew and have nothing bad to say. The salespeople are friendly and honest, it has been easy to work with them to get supplies (water filter for fridge) and they sent someone quickly for a repair on dishwasher and had it covered by warranty so no service charge. The repairman was helpful and had good advice on washer to help maintain it better when he saw we had baby and were needing to make sure it santiized well and st... read more

The absolute worst appliance store in Austin – I like others on this review have never written a completely negative review on any service or company, but, wow...Depew Appliance is the WORST. I bought a refrig there a year and a half ago because I needed a very small, hard to find model to fit my space. I was having a $30k kitchen redo at the time, and I paid 1/2 up front, then never received any bill from Depew. Great Resource – I've been sourcing odd appliance parts from them for years and generally they have the parts on hand. There's a lot to be said for sourcing parts locally. The pricing is above internet but that's worth it if I can get the repair done the same day.
