Great Locally owned business – I have been a customer of Depew Appliance for many years. I recently purchased an Electroluxe Washer and Dryer from them. I was thrilled with the service and knowledge of their staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right washer and dryer for my family. I have had them out to my house several times for repairs on other appliances and have always found them to be honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for any appliance or repair you may need.

Pathetic at best!! – This company was pathetic. The initial service call went well, the issue with our microwave was diagnosed. It fell apart from there.... all over a simple 4amp fuse. I was told there would be a phone call with an estimate for the part and then they would come back to install. We're talking a simple 4amp fuse - easy to carry these around in the truck. Nevertheless, with a 2 month year old and needing our microwave fixed (we use it to heat up water to put bottles in) they left us sitting for 3 days. I calle... read more

Bad attitude and prices – This place is outragous ! No customer service, poor attitude ! Too busy joking with other employees to help folks who are there to spend their hard earned money.

Stay away - family owned but not family friendly – WOW ... I should have looked at these reviews. These guys are overpriced and have no concept of customer service. Their service agent was "annoyed" at the questions I asked. Charged $75 to come look at the appliance and $161 on top of that to fix it (did not include the $75). Stay away!!!!

Send your enemies here. – I stupidly paid more for my appliance because of their "we service what we sell" gimmick. Boy was I stupid. I had a problem within the first week and then they couldn't come out until four days later, and the man I talked with acted as if it was an inconvience for him. Three months, five service calls and two no shows later, my dishwasher was still broken. Maytag finally agreed to buy it back. I bought another dishwasher from another locally owned store a mile away and got the best customer service ... read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE - Stay Away – Depew has to be the worst. Thier customer service is rude and it seems like they go out of thier way to be rude and un-helpful. I cant believe they are still in business. After my bad experience with them, I started reading reviews and found out everyone says the same thing. Just search the web for reviews of Depew and you will see that my experience was not unique. They are simply rude and disshonest people. Deplorable Customer Service – This is the first time I have ever been upset enough to post a bad review. Took our dryer for repair. First of all, they charge $55 just to take a look at it. Then they were supposed to call with an estimate and didn't. Knowing my husband was wearing an air cast on his elbow, they never offered their service to pick up and drop off for repairs - we overheard someone on the phone setting this up. $160 later and two trips back b/c it didn't work, they now refuse to do anything further. Deceptive – I called re/ an emergency. They said that they wouldn't be able to come out until the next day. I told them that I really needed it done today, so I was going to call some other places. A minute later, they called me back to say they had a couple cancellations, and they could make it out that afternoon. They didn't show up. Best Appliance Store – I have bought several appliances from Depew Appliances and my experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. They are very professional and very informative as what product I need to purchase. Another selling point is that they service what they sell, not like Lowe's or Home Depot. I would recommend Depew's to my family as well as my friends.
