IF YOU NEED APPLIANCE REPAIR DON'T CALL THIS CO!!!! – Last week my washing machine overflowed and flooded the downstairs. Depew was able to come out 3 days later but the repairman couldn't find anything wrong. He said he thought it was because the machine was not level, and charged $89. Then today it flooded again. We called for emergency help and of course they couldn't fit us in their schedule. Not my idea of a "service" company since they clearly can't provide any.

Terrible... – Just read the previous posts. Expensive, rude (bordering on the bizarre) customer service, completely unprofessional. Us-against-them mentality. Enough said.

Worst Service Ever! – They were recommended by Whrilpool and they came out to fix my washer. The serviceman did not connect the water hose correctly and left. When I started a new load of laundry it flooded our whole garage and no one will call me back and they are very rude on the phone.

Bad service, do not properly inform customers. Do not go there – The owner is rude and combative with customers. He does not inform people of the service fee and way overcharge for that fee. He does not listen or explain any policies and when you ask questions, he yells at you.

RUN AWAY! Magnificently lacking in customer service – We wanted local service, so were willing to pay the premium price they charged. But their attitude changed the minute we signed the credit card charges. They changed the delivery date without apology or any shred of flexibility. The installers were incredibly rude - while I was trying to tell them that they had put the removed refrigerator in the wrong place, they simply resumed their conversation, talking over me as I spoke. Horrible customer service – This was the worst service I've ever had. They are a Maytag recommended service provider and they have not fixed the problem with my dryer which is still broken and they are refusing to come out again without another service call fee ($85+ with tax). The owner was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the problem. I would never recommend them and I will never use them again.
