We have bought several appliances from Depew Appliances and our experience with them has been great. They are professional and informative and listened to my needs to help me get exactly what I wanted. Their prices are competitive, AND, they service what they sell, not like Lowe's or Home Depot. I would recommend Depew Appliance to my family as well as my friends.

TERRIBLE customer treatment – I am typing this with my jaw on the ground. I call and set an appointment to have my elderly aunts refridgerator looked at. On the morning of the appointment I called to give them the make and model to make the job alittle easier as I didnt have that information when I initially set the appointment. The man that answered demanded information to find my appointment, was rude and interrupted my every word and placed me on hold several times. Fair price and professional – I found Depew on the frigidaire website when I did a search for service for my dishwasher. I have passed them on Burnet road several times, so the name was familiar. They answered on the second ring and the man was very friendly. He said he would be able to send a repairman out this afternoon! Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call. The repairman was on his way. An hour later, the repair work was done (just a clog) and he was long gone. My dishwasher is running as I type this. I try to use local ... read more
