Deniese helped us sell our old home and buy a bigger one. Since it was our first time selling a home, Deniese was really great about explaining the process and providing helpful tips for what to expect. In looking for our new home, Deniese was very knowledgeable about the area. She was flexible with our schedule to show us new properties and really listened to what we were looking for. She was quick to get the offer paperwork together and respond to the counter offer so that we were able to get a great deal on our new home.
