Deniese did a great job getting us a short sale home in less than 120 days. There were several offers but the sellers agent gave the sale to her because of her expertise with the short sale process. She is always professional and works hard for her client.
Denise was always available and courteous in showing properties and handled any and all of my issues and questions promptly, in all the hoops required to purchase a home, Denise was the only smooth one, I was looking for a specific style of property and it took Denise months of showing and looking to find the right one
Deniese was very helpful in finding our home. Even when it seemed the other party wanted to be difficult, Deneise stepped in and sacrificed her time and energy into making everything smooth and easy for all. We love our home and look forward to the logevity there along with lasting memories!
My husband & I had used another realtor before Deniese & felt like we had to walk that realtor through the whole process. That was not the case with Deniese. She was very knowledgable, very professional & was always there if we had any questions. The selling of our home & buying our new one went very smooth. Deniese is an amazing and knowledgeable realtor . She knows the market well and is extremely motivated. We used her to sell a home and then she helped us find our dream home! We looked for over a year and she was always willing and enthusiastic about showing us homes or answering questions. She has great working relationships with other realtors and people in escrow. Deniese was the listing agent on a property I was interested in. Several friends warned me against working directly with a listing agent, stating my interests would'nt be protected by not having my own Realtor. Deniese was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and worked ethically and hard to sell my house. She had an arsenal of professionals to help with repairs and went to bat for me when the home warranty refused to believe the HVAC inspector's report saving me $1,500.
