Deniese was awesome. I can't even count the number of houses that she was able to find for us to look at before we found the perfect home. She was very familiar with the area, and was extremely efficient. She was also instrumental in getting us through all of the important and sometimes complicated steps to close on our home on time with no snags. If I'm ever on the market again for a home, I will be seeking Deniese out for her services again.

We started working with a different Realtor in late 2007 when we were looking to buy our first home. We were originally looking at condos, but that Realtor was not very responsive and I felt like I was doing all the work. A friend recommended Deniese and the difference was night and day. Deniese was the best part of my first home buying experience. She took over when the first real estate agent I had couldn't help me buy the house I currently am living in and buying. She went the extra mile to get the deal through. If I were to buy again she is my first choice and if I were to consider selling she is still my first choice hands down. Professional courteous and always there throughout the entire buying experience. I wouldn't even consider another real estate agent.

We were referred to Deniese through USAA. She was a great realtor, got us $10,000 above asking for our house that we listed within 10 days. Then she was great helping us to coordinate buying a new house while selling the old one concurrently. She was always available and came to the new house 4-5 times for inspections (whole house inspection, electrician, hvac, etc.). She was great and is definitely an expert in La Mesa real estate.

Denise worked very hard for us, every time we found a house we liked she was immediately calling the seller asking questions that we needed to know. the market was very competitive at the time we bought our house and she fought hard for us and was focused for us. I really really appreciate that. She spent a lot of time showing us a lot of properties spent a lot of time on paperwork and offers and finally found us our dream home!!! Thanks Denise Ossey!

I have been working with Deniese for over 15 years and she is the best. Always available to answer questions and / or get to the bottom of something. She is honorable, diligent and pays attention to detail. She has a great sense of humor and you will always feel you are well represented. Can't say enough about the quality of an agent that she is!
