The experience was so good the first time we worked together selling the family home after my divorce, that a year and a half later I enlisted her help again when I purchased another home. She worked tirelessly and knew how to skirt obstacles and push forward. You would be lucky to get her if she's not too busy. KURT

Deniese took on the difficult task of working with a local family member of the elderly seller and two family members living out of state. Family issues necessitated an efficient, 'drama free' process. Deniese came through with the requisite hand-holding combined with frank real world advice. She was spot-on with what needed to be done to result in a quick sale at a good price. Helping us to deal with the usual speed-bumps dealing with the buyer just capped off an excellent experience.
