Denise is very personable and knowledgeable. She listened to my wishes in selling my home at a reasonable and yet profitable price. Her advice was always exceptionally good and helpful. I found her most trustworthy. I would recommend her highly to anyone wishing to sell or buy a home.

Deniese comes prepared to the first meeting you have with her. She makes you feel very comfortable that you choose the right person to sell your home and is always available to answer questions. The first real estate agent I choose to meet with did not come professional prepared as Deniese did and he was a referred by a co-worker that used him several times from another big name agency.

She helped with the purchase of my house, then with the sale of it 5 years later. She was very helpful and understanding of life circumstances, and went the extra mile to help us out, especially since we didn't know much about real estate. Definitely recommend her and will be working with her again in the future!

When my parents passed away 3 months apart we needed to sell there house in La mesa. Deniese Ossey was our chosen realtor after interviewing 3 realtors. She came to us prepared with comps of the area, helped us choose a listing price. Helped us with hiring people to do some of the much needed work on the house at very reasonable prices. Deniese made weekly checks to see the progress of restoration and advised us as what things we did not need to do. Deniese was very dependable, and I was impressed with her marketing skills. I had already vacated my home and relocated to another part of the State.
