Deniese was absolutely AMAZING! She showed us a lot of houses and when we finally found one, she had to work with a very difficult sellers' agent and an FHA issue involving a solar lease. But during the entire process she was always so professional and on top of everything. It took us a few years to finally be in a position to even buy a house and she was so patient, periodically showing us houses and answering our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Deniese to anyone!

Deniese's responsiveness was through the roof unbelievable! She allowed me to text or email her, and either way she always responded immediately. She priced my Dad's house reasonably, yet high enough to not make us feel like we were being cheated. We got 3 offers within about 3 days, which blew my mind! She was super easy to work with, and always kept us up to date with the sale. Deniese was amazing. We viewed almost 30 houses and she was not satisfied until we found our home! She was always responsive and we couldn't have asked for better! Our loan officer told us we had one if the very best agents in the business and I couldn't agree more. We have already referred her not only to friends but family as well. If you're looking for an agent who will make you feel like you are her only client...Deniese is the one!

Denise is a gem. She helped me to sell a home that had been in my family for over 80 years. I had to trust her advice completely because I live across the continent New York. My trust was certainly rewarded. She steered me away from people who wanted to undervalue the home and sold the house quickly for a fair price. She made the soul sucking minutia and hassle of selling property in California almost bearable. I would definitely use her again if I had property to buy or sell in the area.

Deniese was a great agent, she knew what my wife and I wanted to do with the selling of our house and accommodated us in every way. she understands what it takes to sell a home and if I were to buy another home I would go with her.

Denise listened and understood what I was looking for and kept me informed throughout the search process. Once a property was located she actively followed through with every detail in regards to the contract negotiations, inspections, appraisal and closing. She was very responsive to all question I had throughout the process. I absolutely use her as my agent in the future!

Deniese Ossey provided excellent and professional service in getting my condo sold. She provided immediate responses to my questions and made the sales process smooth. She was also able to sell my property at a price that was much better than what a competing agent quoted.
