Very Disappointed – My husband took me to Del Friscos for our anniversary-- we had heard great things about it, and were excited to try it. We ordered our steak medium-well-- I told the waiter I just wanted a little pink in the center. The steak came out bright pink all over-- we ended up sending it back 4 times, and at that point, the outside was so charred it didn't taste good. We were so disappointed. I could have gotten a steak at Saltgrass for 1/4 of the price and been pleased. We won't go there again.
our favorite spot in vegas – We have been to del friscos about 10 times it was so good we havent tried many others but on our last vegas trip we tried del one night then ruths cris the next night although they were both great del friscos meat was quit a bit better i had the rib eye at both places just to compare and ruths just did not compare. Were going next week again and cant wait.
Great Place. Best in Town – I have been a regular since they opened and they have continued to go above and beyond. This place is a class act and the whole staff really makes the experience worthwhile. For a truly special dining experience in Charlotte, this should be your first choice.
Horrible Experience – We had a terrible experience and will never go back. The food wasn't good (the cocktail sauce looked like red glue and tasted gummy, my steak was overcooked even though I stressed how very rare I wanted it cooked, I asked if the onions could be removed from the potatoes au gratin and our waitress told me no, the potatoes au gratin were frozen and came in large bags so nothing could be done to change them!!), the service was poor (we were rushed the entire meal - my husband and I had the feeling that som... read more
Thought I was at Applebees – Well, last Saturday night we had reservations at 8:30 but weren't seated until 8:50. Ok except I found out later they don't insist on reservations, so it appeared they didn't seat us on time because they're seating others without reservations. I should have been tipped off to problems when I called for reservations and was put on hold halfway through making the reservation, and then someone else different came back on the line and we had to start again. One of the Dallas Greats! – This is one of the Dallas Greats when it comes to a good meal. Anytime is a good time to go to Del Frisco's. Food is Five Star, Wine & Bar is Five Star, the only negitive for me is if you get sat near the front door or bar. A little too loud and cramped. I will continue to go back with my wife as long as we are in Dallas! Mike
expensive but good – to pay $16 for just a plain salad with parmasean and ranch seems extreme to me...i will say the food was good, like the crab cake appetizer and another lobster appetizer we had. and the atomsphere was nice. but in all honesty...if my friends dad wasnt paying for the whole meal, im not sure i wouldve gone because of the prices. im all about paying good money for good food but im not sure i could justify spending THAT much. i'd recommend it just because its a nice place to experience
Best steak I ever ate! – This place was so good I don't think I can eat steak from any where else. Very fast seating with a reservation. Super value with the pre-Theater menu! Couldn't even eat it all. Oh and the salad was to die for! Cheese cake was sooo good. Not a bad thing to say about the food. Didn't really care for the un-clothed women on the wall. Other than that you must go here!
Fantastic Steaks & Top Notch Service – My husband and I went to Del Frisco's last night for the first time since it opened in Houston. We've been fans of the Dallas location for years and were delighted to discover the fine food and excellent service we love in Dallas is now conveniently located in the Galleria.
