Best Restaurant in Charlotte – This is an awesome steak house. Great food, terrific service and atmosphere. Fun for happy hour too!!
AWESOME food and Attentive service – I went to Del Frisco's for restaurant week, so the price was good, and the food was exceptionally good. I ordered the fillet and it was fantastic! The only other place who beats it is Pappas. I think it even beats Taste of Texas and Flemings. It was fantastic! Cooked perfectly and the taste was unparallel! It literally melted in my mouth! Excellent Service – I love del frisco's i went for the 1st time back in march my Fiance took me there and it was very nice, the staff was helpful and i would go again the crab cakes are my fav
not that good – Some of my co-workers raved about this place so brought a date here and gave it a try. I have gone to several steakhouses in the city as well as other states and this one does not rate high with me. It was a slow night and our waiter was not very attentive and then when I asked for one seafood platter and said "I'm going to share this with my date," the waiter said "Oh, well, I'm not sure that's allowed, I'll have to get permission from the chef." INCREDIBLE – Absolutely love Del Frisco's. If you've never eaten here, you owe it to yourself to try it at least once. Bring a bag lunch to work for one week, (stop wasting your money at Panera) and then treat yourself to the finest restaurant in Charlotte. RUDE STAFF, HIGH PRICES, POOR QUALITY – Horiffic experience by apathetic, discourteous, bad-mannered, disrespectful and insolent staff. This includes everyone from host to server to manager. With so many excellent steak houses in the same area, I don't understand why anyone would choose this one. one of my two favorite Steakhouses – As shameful as a chain restaurant is in NYC, this is one of my favorite steakhouses. The steak is delicious, the wine is wonderful. Plates are hot, got burnt once on my finger when I wasn't paying attention even after the waiter warned me it was hot.
Your typical steakhouse chain – I wasn't impressed. The food was below average and the prices are high. The service is slow, and impersonal.
Great service! Food... not so much – I order steaks med rare but the waiter said their steaks run cool so we should consider ordering medium... so we did. Wrong choice. Steaks were tough. We ordered a trio of 4 ounce filets... one with bleu cheese, one with tempura shrimp and a sweet sauce, and one served with oscar sauce. I was expecting more for the reputation of the restaurant and for the $56 price.
