My husband was in a really bad car accident and had double and slanted vision for 5 years. He had gone to vision therapy for those years thinking that that would alleviate or fix some of the issues. When he plateaued, we decided to go for a second opinion. After some internet searches and learning about strabismus, we found Dr. Cestari. He is a miracle worker! My husband can see. No more prisms in his glasses. No more thousands of dollars spent on therapy that wasn't going to cure him. We are very happy with the results.

Dr. Cestari is the first online review for a doctor I've ever done. I don't do reviews...but his skill, bedside manner, and overall the entire experience with his staff was such that I had to share. I was a more "inquisitive" patient...requiring a lot of information before I made the decision to do strabismus surgery with him, and he was very very patient, walking me through all of the details without being pushy. Thanks to strabismus surgery performed by Dr. Cestari, the progressively worsening double-vision that I had suffered with for decades is virtually gone. Dr. Cestari restored my vision with strabismus surgery after a year of double vision due to an unknown cause. The surgery simply brought me back to life in a matter of hours. Dr. Cestari was referred to me after I developed double vision. Following the first visit I quickly realized that I finally found a doctor that clearly understood my situation. I am convinced Dr. Dean Cestari is THE doctor of choice for adult strabismus surgery. He was recommended to me by several respected, Boston area medical specialists. I just want to say Dr. Dean M Cestari is one of the BEST Neuro Ophthalmology there is. He's one of the few doctors that goes out of his way to help you to solve whatever Neuro Ophthalmology problem you have. i had surgery with him it went well and thanks to Dr. Cestari i can see well and clear!!! i will strongly recommend Dr Cestari.

At age 60 I developed strabismus. Now at 69+ I can see again thanks to Dr. Cestari. Seeing clearly in the shower has been my greatest joy.
