Hello Everyone, Just want to let Y'all know that Dr. Dean Cestari is very awesome, he cares and treats his patients until successful at the end. I have had hyperthyroidism since 2015, and it only got worse over the years. It began to impact my vision which caused many inconveniences. The doctors that I was seeing were unable to help me, and, after being refused a surgery that the same doctor suggested prior to the years of medications, I never returned again. Dr. Cestari performed a correction surgery on me for adult Strabismus. He was very thorough in my office visits. Before my surgery he was honest and realistic about the results I would get. I am pleased with the outcome.
Soooo Happy I found Dr.Cestari! Long story as short as i can make it ??..My son was in a horrible accident which caused him traumatic brain injury. His blow to the head with so bad that it caused him to have diplopia and a couple of other issues with his eyes.his eyes were somewhat cross, one eye kind of bulged out and he had double vision. Having issues with being cross-eyed for decades I was worried to get my hopes up. However the results have been near perfect, with just a slight deviation only when looking at certain exreme angles. I did require an adjustment right after surgery, which was very disconcerting but manageable. Seeing in 3D after decades is almost magical. Recovery was a bit more painful and awkward than I expected but worth it. Months later still feels a bit strange to look at exreme angles, I can feel the tension on muscles. I began seeing Dr. Cestari after being diagnosed with Thyroid Eye Disease and experiencing double vision . I underwent surgery to correct this. The surgery was successful. I would highly recommend Mass Eye & Ear and Dr. Cestari

I saw Dr. Cestari for almost one year. After the thyroid problem. I had side effects on my eyes. After two surgeries I had aduld strabismus. Dr. Cestari performed surgery on both eyes to correct double vision Adult strabismus. Surgery went very well and I no longer have double vision anymore. I strongly recommend Dr. Cestari. Dr. Cestari and team are excellent and very welcome. I appreciate a lot what you have done to me. You save my life.
