After a craniotomy I had double vision and was unable to drive for a little over two years. Although another surgery wasn't too high on my list, Dr. Cestari explained the pros and cons and helped me come to the decision that I should have eye surgery to correct my strabismus. I had the surgery one week ago and was surprised by how quickly my eyes started to feel back to normal. Dr. Cestari and his team were attentive and made me feel at ease with the whole process, from pre-op visits all the way through surgery and post-op. ... read more

After an MVA which left me with a TBI, my vision was impaired. I needed help to see, as my poor vision was affecting my everyday life. Dr. Cestari performed two surgery's on my eyes. I can honestly say that now I can see great. My life is getting back to normal. I was given the best care you could ask for. Also Dr. Cestari was very open with his decision on how to proceed to fix my vision. Dr. Cestari is an excellent Physician and Surgeon. Top notch in my book.

Dr Cestari got me as a patient at the very end of my rope. I have a rare brain disorder and losing my sight quickly and also very symptomatic. Most dr.'s were not listening to me, for the pain and that I was still having issues. I met him in Jan 2020, after two meetings, a LP, and a multitude of vision field tests... He realized that I needed to go for a shunt. He fought for me. as a whole patient, not just as eyeballs and brains. He literally patient advocated for me, for me a brilliant surgeon Dr. Curry, who performed it, ... read more

Dr. Cestari was great. I was in a car accident 3 years ago, as a result I had double vision in all different angles. He was able to perform surgery to fix my diplopia. I am now able to see straight forward perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been told double vision could never be fixed. He is a very smart doctor. Highly recommend him!

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review!

My problem was double vision. Dr Cestari shepherded me through the preparation, postponed the procedure due to a small cosmetic complication, and then performed the surgery. He couldn't have been more thorough, empathetic, and professional. I feel fortunate to have found him and been under his care.

Business response:

Hi Susanna, thank you so much for your positive comments!

Dr Cestari is highly competent, knowledgeable, and precise. He took the time to analyze my vision problems in light of my past, highly-complicated neurological history. He never rushed to conclusions and even postponed surgery once in order to take additional measurements. When the results of my surgery were not exactly as we had hoped for initially, he had confidence that his approach was the correct one and urged me to wait and see--which ultimately proved to be exactly right. Within two weeks of the operation, I was able ... read more
