Dr. Cestari is awesome. He listened to me when I was dismissed by other doctors and he made me feel comfortable through the pre-op appointments and the surgery. He is patient and kind. I am grateful to have Dr. Cestari as a surgeon and to the Mass Eye and Ear team. My mobility is increasing after surgery. Looking forward to being able to see the world in a whole new way. Thank you so much Dr. Cestari.

Dr Cestari and his team at Mass Eye and Ear were beyond excellent. They made me very comfortable when performing the strabismus operation for my double vision. I can't thank them enough for how easy my recovery was. I was seeing correctly the day after the surgery. Why didn't I get this done years ago?

Surgery totally fixed my problem with adult strabismus from severe myopia. Recovery involved only very minor discomfort. Dr. Cestari and staff did a great job and I am totally satisfied with the outcome.

Business response:

Thank you!

After a craniotomy I had double vision and was unable to drive for a little over two years. Although another surgery wasn't too high on my list, Dr. Cestari explained the pros and cons and helped me come to the decision that I should have eye surgery to correct my strabismus. I had the surgery one week ago and was surprised by how quickly my eyes started to feel back to normal. Dr. Cestari and his team were attentive and made me feel at ease with the whole process, from pre-op visits all the way through surgery and post-op. ... read more

After an MVA which left me with a TBI, my vision was impaired. I needed help to see, as my poor vision was affecting my everyday life. Dr. Cestari performed two surgery's on my eyes. I can honestly say that now I can see great. My life is getting back to normal. I was given the best care you could ask for. Also Dr. Cestari was very open with his decision on how to proceed to fix my vision. Dr. Cestari is an excellent Physician and Surgeon. Top notch in my book.

Dr Cestari got me as a patient at the very end of my rope. I have a rare brain disorder and losing my sight quickly and also very symptomatic. Most dr.'s were not listening to me, for the pain and that I was still having issues. I met him in Jan 2020, after two meetings, a LP, and a multitude of vision field tests... He realized that I needed to go for a shunt. He fought for me. as a whole patient, not just as eyeballs and brains. He literally patient advocated for me, for me a brilliant surgeon Dr. Curry, who performed it, ... read more
