This was our first new car buy. Bill Halleck somehow located the exact model, color, trim Ford Edge we were looking for , and had the vehicle delivered and the sale closed by the following day. Gordon Luczak and Mark Garber were an immense help. A shout also to Jeff Smith and Bob Downing who have kept my 1999 F-350 diesel dually running for years, still on the road at 300 K. Thanks !

Extremely disappointed with service dept. Bought and service my vehicle here trusting that I am in good hands. Pay the extra to get the Works package so I have piece of mind. They do not do what they say, take advantage of people, and then want to give you a free oil change. No thank you, not impressed. The safety of lives are at jeopardy and I will not be going back even though my sales experience was great. This level of service is not acceptable to anyone. Dissatisfied would be an understatement.
