I always enjoy my visits to Ford in Alpena. I get greeted by name, & the guys are very attentive to business. If the work will take awhile, I am always offered a loaner car. I like best when the mechanic comes out & sits down beside me, & we just have a little talk about my car. I always understand what has been done & what else my car might need.
