My daughter brought her car in for a repair, they quoted $879. She went for a second opinion elsewhere. $110. Now why would Arbour take advantage of a potential customer? Needless to say, she will never buy a Ford

We came in for a oil change and to have one tire checked that appeared to have a slow leak. Cory was unable to find keys to a loaner vehicle so we ended up waiting for the work to be done. They found a nail in our tire, repaired it ,did the oil change and rotate the tires in just over an hour. He than did not change us for any of it. Said he was sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks. That is putting the customer first. We will continue to return to Dean Arbour for work on our explorer.
