Still waiting for my call back and formal apology for Deacon’s error and messing with my credit. I have multiple messages out to their Accounting Lead & the Owner, Mr. Deacon. Will this get your attention?! I’ll keep giving my reviews on every site I can, since your team pestered me for months to turn in my lease early and then you can’t even take care of the important last ends of the deal to clear the previous lease. Never ever again will they have my business.
I saw a price online, took the listing in, spent 2+ hours there test driving and looking at the car then when it came time to close the deal the manager came over and said they RAISED the price. Over the course of two hours! They wouldn’t honor their original price and the manager was very rude and dismissive. So bravo, Deacon’s. Advertising a deal to get customers in store then not honoring it is called a bait-and-switch, which is illegal. Don’t waste your time at this place. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
Walked in and stood at the sales counter for at least 5 minutes. Employees walked past and stared at me but never asked if I needed help. Two employees stood at the end of the sales counter talking and facing me and never said a word. I would never buy a car from a dealership that offers this kind of “welcoming” experience.

Worst dealer ever. The buying experience was so disorganized took an extra week to get the car. Promise 2 years Sirius XM. after one year they said I was lying they don't offer two years. They told me they fired the salesperson for telling people things that weren't true. Yet called me a liar for saying they had said 2 years. Seems trivial but it shows you if you have a problem with the little things they will suck with the big things
