Took my car here for service for the past four years under warranty told them oil was disappearing every time had multiple complaints about the same issue they said oil is consumed three months after warranty is up and I am spewing out oil from underneath my car where the oil has accumulated Over the past four years now they say they won’t fix it they won’t honor pre-existing issue. I will be contacting my lawyer do not take your car there for service.
Recommended2015 we bought our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from Jeff. Been an excellent vehicle! I came to this dealership looking to finally get a car. The salesman Paul was nice, but was not honest when it came to the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport. This car had Transmission problems, that turned out to be a disaster!! Which caused lost days of work, my boys couldn't go to school, also you all were going to charge me $7000.00!!! to repair a car I only had 6months!!! Put together a used truck deal on a 13’ Escalade, my first call was to Reggie was told vehicle was sold?? “how about a 19 Silverado” It was literally traded in that day. lol Paul called from my internet inquiry was helpful, the price was very top of market $39,981.. but ok it was the truck I wanted. I went to multiple jeep dealers and ended up working with Jeff Deacon. Can’t say enough good about my experience. Jeff was honest and transparent the entire time and never hid numbers or made me feel anything other than excited to purchase with them. I completely trust him and won’t be going to any other jeep dealer again. I really dislike dealing with dealerships but this was 10/10 experience. Plus i get free oil changes!! Love that.
