They texted me for two days to make an appointment for a car I asked about. I make the appointment today, drive 45 minutes and they tell me they “just sold it “. Best case they didn’t care about my time and are inconsiderate; worst case they lied and did it on purpose pulling the bait and switch. Lack of concern for customers in the repair department. 2018 Durango R/T, 11,000 miles, waiting over 3 weeks now for replacement/repair of bad rear struts. No ETA on when parts are coming or repair to be completed while i drive this vehicle listening to a loud rattle and correcting for every road crack I hit because the rear end is walking all over the road. Took my 2016 Ram up there (had purchased it elsewhere) for some software updates, recall on tailgate, and lube up my drivers side window (all under warranty). Called Monday, got me in Wednesday morning and had truck back to me in about 3 hours...even gave it a quick rinse. Very courteous and professional staff. Thank you!
