Worst customer service. This time last year, substandard rotors and brake pads were installed on my vehicle. Now, they are needing replaced but, it’s going to be a few days before the work can be performed. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was denied because they state that they are all reserved for more than two weeks. My brakes are jerking when I am needing to stop. I had my Challenger serviced there for the first time and this was the best experience I’ve had during this social distancing. The employees were very helpful and courteous from ch cling in up until my vehicle was completed.

My recent experience, I called scheduled a service appointment for 9am for a new tire or plug for my flat tire. At 10am I was informed that my tire could not be plugged, okay, so I opted to get 4 new tires, replace all due to treading not being even. My estimate was 90 minutes timeframe, okay. It is noon,I came to ask about my vehicle and was it ready, it was not. I drove almost 3 hrs from East of Pittsburgh, to buy a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Deacon’s Chrysler. I would have driven much further! Randy and Bob were both great in helping my wife and I purchase our CPO Jeep! Everything was done online and over the phone, and the vehicle was ready when we arrived. We signed the documents, Randy demonstrated all of the features and options programmed and synced our phones , comfort controls, and navigation. Bob set up our Sirius and a few other details. Made a service appointment a week in advance online. Got a confirmation email the day prior, only to be turned away when I arrived because service guy said they took too many walk ins and were closing at noon. Why offer to make an appointment if you won't honor it. Horrible customer service.
