2016 Chrysler 200C awd went out and quite honestly its so heavy its better without the awd and traction control shit crazy. Then i get to Deacon's Chrysler and i couldn't get any service. No loaner car said they couldn't fix it. Basically too bad because i didn't purchase the car from them FCA is a large international company you should be able to get service at any Chrysler repair facility without where you purchased the vehicle coming into play. Don't go here and i wont stop until i get an apology and a change in policy.
My representative, Anthony Previte of Deacon's Chrysler in Mayfield, Ohio, was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but my transaction was complete in less than 2 hours! Everything was smooth as silk. I told him what i wanted, he delivered. I never felt pressured. He sincerely wanted to get me into the car i wanted from the start. Actually made an appointment at 1:00 on Sept.10,2016 to come buy the 2016 Jeep Rubicon you have on your lot.When we arrived you brought out another vehicle and told us the one we were there to buy was at a Browns event.Mind you we drove an hour to your dealership.Then you proceeded to tell us that you would call on Monday to update us on the status of when the vehicle would be returned.I waited all day and received no phone call.I contact you and then you tell me that an actual Browns player is driving the vehicle and you ha... read more
Great customer service, my sales associate, Anthony (I think he was new), was very nice and patient with me and my family, I had my one year old with me, he was all over the place, he didn't get frustrated with my no's or my indecisiveness, the boss Jessie stepped in to close the deal. I feel like I got a good deal, they are very persistent, I didn't intend to buy a car that day but joke was on me...
