Had a great experience here today! Service work done from a recent recall....everyone was professional and work done on time!
I took my daughter Deacon's to buy a car, because her jeep was getting to small with twins. She got a Chrysler Town & Country. She loves her new van. Heated steering wheel, heated seats, lots of room for the twins and all the stuff they have, and the DVD player that keeps them busy in the car. Steve our salesman was excellent at getting us the payment we wanted. He helped her move into her new car, even helped put in the car seats and explained how everything worked. Fixed mistakes and missed maintenance items from another dealer. Thanks for doing an excellent detailed and professional job with my Ram 3500!
They lied about the cost of a repair, $338 to $600. Told us they could put in a remote start, then said they don't make them any more. They were happy to do a recall fix because Chrysler pays well for it. They talked about another dealership but, they're even worse! Deacons and North Olmsted can both kiss our money good bye.
