The sales associate we spoke with was extremely rude. At first he was extremely nice, we were straightforward with him that we weren't going to purchase anything right now we needed to talk it over and we asked for a price and he said "a price would be irrelevant don't you think". We ignored the comment and left. However, no a price wouldn't be irrelevant because had we gotten a price we could've talked things over and got back with him in a few days when he scheduled a 'follow up'. On June 27 of this year, I purchased my new-to-me 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. John Eakelbery did a fabulous job of getting me through the process the same day I went in to look at another vehicle. As it turned out, this van was the one that started the whole experience when I rode in it while it was the shuttle vehicle. I would have purchased it then, but it wasn't for sale at the time. I love my van and John made it painless! Oh...and I got away without having my picture taken! Yay me!

I had a great experience buying my first car through Deacon's. I worked with Randy and he got me a good deal on a '16 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. He knew his stuff, made sure we got what we wanted and nothing we didn't. Overall, we enjoyed working with the fine folks at Deacon's and would recommend them to others.
Anytime someone pulls your childhood address without you sharing that information with them, please walk away quickly from the deal. They are untrustworthy.
