I love it there! I completely trust Don for all service needs. There environment is clean, warm, welcoming and they are real people. I never feel like I’m being sold. Jim Deacon is always there and has actually helped me buy my last 2 Jeeps. He came in on a Holiday and we never expected that.
I was involved in an accident where I was hit head on. I was recuperating but still needed to look for a replacement vehicle. I searched high and low until I found a beautiful Ram Truck on Deacon’s website. The main problem I had was that I lived in the eastern most part of Kentucky and due to my injuries I couldn’t drive to Ohio to make the purchase. Worst customer service in the service dept. the manager would be better suited in the fast food industry. I called to set up an appointment for when I could get a loaner car. They told me 5/28. When I went to drop the car off they were closed, Memorial Day. I called the next day and I was told it was my mistake and my appointment was for the 29th and a loaner car was no longer available. Bought a vehicle from here a month ago. Scott is a liar and I've had to spend hours getting it straightened out. Do not recommend buying from this dealership. They tell you what you want to hear when you are writing the check but when it comes to them needing to follow up on their job they just lie!!!
They need a new finance manager! Scott was horrible! Called and tried to get him to do his job and he just lies. Bought a vehicle from here on March 30th. Finally got mopar to straighten out Scott's lies today on April 30th. Would never buy from this dealership again and dont recommend this place to anyone!!!
