They have excellent customer They have excellent customer service and integrity. I trust their service department to treat me fair and tell the truth about my car and its service needs. I will only take my car to their service department!!
Every time Every time we take our Toyota in for service we are greeted almost immediately, they explain everything included in the service and we are kept informed about how long it'll take. Their waiting area is comfortable and has Free coffee or cold water as well as vending machines. We always feel like they're taking special care of us and our car.
So friendly here I have no idea why, but the people here are the nicest folks I have met. The waiting lobby is nice, and you can look around their merchant if you like anything. They have wifi to accomodate the waiting time. If I could, I would study here because it's so nice.
I arrived without I arrived without an appointment, but was greeted quickly by the service manager. He explained I did not need an appointment and asked how he could help out. Not only was he able to service my car that day but he also handled all service to recalls on my vehicle. They took me back to my home and later picked me up to get my car. Everything was completed in a timely manner and in the price quoted. I will definetly bring my vehicle back for other services.
I had a great experience I had a great experience with their sales, and finance department. I was shopping for a vehicle with a bank approved loan already, the sales rep convinced me to apply for the zero interest rate and I got approved. They saved me over $4,000 dollars in interest, and I got my wife the car that she wanted. Best evar, make the drive!!! I usually don't take the time to rate local business, but Gloucester Toyota went so far above and beyond my expectations that I felt like I had to! I've bought many cars and hated it every time. Gloucester Toyota was truly a great experience. Our salesman Gene was friendly and knowledgeable. We live in Newport News, and I don't think I'll ever buy a car on the Peninsula again!!! Make the drive.
Auto repair We bought our Toyota truck at Daytona Toyota and bring our truck back there everytime we need service or an oil change. Oil changes are free for life with saves a ton of money. They service department is just great. They won't do anything until you authorize it and take care of problems promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any car there.
Go anywhere else except this awful place! Not too long ago we spent thousands there and our car broke down the next day. Also after a tree hit my car they said it'd be done in a week or so. It took almost a month. They always say they'll have a manager call us. NOT ONCE EVER HAS THE MANAGER CALLED! The place is dirty and awful! Actually when our car broke down the next day after they "Fixed" it we were driving through Melbourne and went to the center there and it was like the difference of a bad dark alley and 5th avenue. Great Dealership My opinion of Daytona Toyota is nothing short of WORLD CLASS! I inquired about a vehicle on the internet and totally expected to be treated like a women, but was very surprised how on the ball they were.
