These reviews are fraudulent. I'm shopping for a Toyota, and I just want to say that I will stay far away from DCH Toyota because of these ridiculous reviews. One five-star review after another, all written the same way, all in a series of days, with not a single negative point in any one of them? This is a huge red flag - quite obviously these were all written by the dealership. I'm glad they warned me of their dishonesty up front before I wasted my time going there. Pretty amusing though.
Barrett, you're the best We want to thank Barrett Miller for all his help. Today, the part department was suppose to replace a part on our car; however, it was not the right one. Barrett was so helpful and kind to us, that we want to thank him so much for making our day a better day.
defective Van In the past my experiences with auto dealers have been less then positive. In fact the last two dealerships I tried to buy a car from I walked out and ended up buying my car on cars direct. I am sorry to say that my exprerience with DCH Toyota of Torrance was not as satisfactory as it could be. They sold me a defective van. After purchasing this used van from them I discovered that both cylinder heads were cracked and it cost me $3800.00 to replace them.
