He was friendly and the best part was that he wasn't your typical sleazy car salesman. He respected that I knew what I wanted and didn’t try pushing anything. Best evar, make the drive!!! I usually don't take the time to rate local business, but Gloucester Toyota went so far above and beyond my expectations that I felt like I had to! I've bought many cars and hated it every time. Gloucester Toyota was truly a great experience. Our salesman Gene was friendly and knowledgeable. We live in Newport News, and I don't think I'll ever buy a car on the Peninsula again!!! Make the drive.
Auto repair We bought our Toyota truck at Daytona Toyota and bring our truck back there everytime we need service or an oil change. Oil changes are free for life with saves a ton of money. They service department is just great. They won't do anything until you authorize it and take care of problems promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any car there.
Go anywhere else except this awful place! Not too long ago we spent thousands there and our car broke down the next day. Also after a tree hit my car they said it'd be done in a week or so. It took almost a month. They always say they'll have a manager call us. NOT ONCE EVER HAS THE MANAGER CALLED! The place is dirty and awful!
