Overall, great experience. =) Abel was nice, to the point, and efficient. He was able to get us the exact Prius we were looking for and took us for test drive to make sure it's what we really wanted. He also got us started on the application process and had us ready to go with finance office in less than 30 minutes. Ivis definitely knew what he was doing as well. Our salesman Our salesman was very patient and had a great attitude. He tried his best to get me what I wanted and we got a really good deal. I even got a lower interest rate than expected on my new truck. Exceptional service from start to finish.
I had an awesome experience I had an awesome experience here at Toyota of Riverside. I recently bought 2013 Tundra from Ion. He was friendly and the best part was that he wasn't your typical sleazy car salesman. He respected that I knew what I wanted and didn’t try pushing anything. Outstanding service i've been taking my Tacoma here for over eight years for their outstanding service, the price is usually less than quoted. Personnel are professional, trustworthy, reliable, thorough and cheerful, all are explained to you. Your vehicle is completed fairly quick as well. I wouldn't take it elsewhere. The staff was very helpful We went to look for a new ride since we were ready for an upgrade. I just want to say that the staff was very helpful, especially Ian. He was very knowledgeable, nice and made our experience very pleasant. He took his time to answer all the questions we had and was very patient with us.
