Please, Try another dealer Bought a 1 year old car from them in Spring of 2008. $850 later, I've finally fixed the braking issue that has taken me almost 6 months to uncover. I hate to give bad reviews, but they should have told me about this before I bought the car. Excellent Eric was an excellent salesperson, he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle as well as being very personable and kind. His managers and support staff were also great, attentive and kept the process moving.
Every time Every time we take our Toyota in for service we are greeted almost immediately, they explain everything included in the service and we are kept informed about how long it'll take. Their waiting area is comfortable and has Free coffee or cold water as well as vending machines. We always feel like they're taking special care of us and our car.
So friendly here I have no idea why, but the people here are the nicest folks I have met. The waiting lobby is nice, and you can look around their merchant if you like anything. They have wifi to accomodate the waiting time. If I could, I would study here because it's so nice.
Worked hard Sean was very professional and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted, even staying until 1:00 am. The negotiation process was very good as well. Thank you.
. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car from Toyota of Riverside. I purchased a vehicle from them, and once I drove it off the lot a couple of days later I had nothing but problems. When I took it back because I had a 30 day warranty they didnt even want to honor it.

What a pleasant surprise What a pleasant surprise to find great car and a great dealership in one location. After dealing with a bank affiliated buying service and visiting several other dealerships the process had become tedious and I was about to give up. Riverside Toyota was the perfect blend personal service, the choice of a large inventory which actually HAD what I wanted and a professional sales staff that seemed interested in answering my questions and meeting my needs.
