THANKS MACK! I live in Hawthorne and decided to head over to DCH Torrance get some service done before I left out of town. I was going to be putting some miles on car so Mack Rico in the service department said a minor service would be best. It was a easy does it experience. I felt no pressure and thought it was cool that he was so courteous about it all. He gave me his card and said to call for anything. Thats great customer service in my book.

Great car buying experience... I normally dont do this kind of thing, but i had to let people know about what a great car buying experience i had this weekend. I was looking for a good used car. The sales rep i dealt with was a gentleman by the name of Anthony Nguyen. I had a paticular budget and certain kind of car i wanted. Service department Brian Yoshida is the best service writer there. He is very honest and doesn't recommend service if it doesn't need it. My car is always taken care of on time, and I don't feel like i'm being taken advantage of. The mechanics on his team are the best!!!!
