Outstanding Service I have been going to Torrance Toyota for years. I continue to come back for one reason: Bryan Yoshida. I can always trust Bryan with my car and would not take it to be serviced anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and committed to providing me with outstanding service.
Best Service ever... I took my Toyota truck in for service last week and I have to tell everyone that the Service at Torrence Toyota is the best I've ever had. Being new to the area I felt that it was going to be hard to find the right place for my work truck. I have to give it to Marvin Cabrera for helping me out this guy goes beyond customer service, great advise and knowledgeable not to mention respectful and friendly. I'm glad I went there first.

Matrix A excellent example of customer service by the staff and our Sales person, John Hughes was pleasant and informative, the Sales Manager was kind and always concerned of our treatment. We also had a good experience with the F& I team member Nate.
Ask for Mauricio!!!! Oustanding service; great integrity. Mauricio introduced to the General Sales Manager, John Dalpe, then made sure I received the highest possible value on my trade-in; THEN went to bat with the sales manager to make sure I received a great price on my new Toyota! John in finance went over the terms very clearly with me; no surprises; no problems; 0 percent financing; 0 down; and out the door. Can't ask for much better than that in a car purchasing experience.
DCH Toyota of Torrance Sean Smith from DCH Toyota of Torrance provided me with excellent service. He properly diagnosed my air conditioning problem and got it fixed. When I picked up my car, I had noticed some paint on it and brought to his attention and he immediately remedied the situation. I am very pleased with the service at this dealership and highly recommend Sean as an outstanding Service Manager. Thanks Sean!
woman I just had my 2010 Camry SE serviced and as always my service rep. Sean Smith treated me great. I have had two other Toyota's that have been serviced at DCH Toyota and Sean has always helped me. I just wanted you know what a great asset he is. I have enjoyed bringing all my vehicles to him.
Eddie Mendoza I was treated very well at DCH Toyota of Torrance. Their staff was very nice and informative. John Hughes went out of his way to make sure my needs were taken care of. It really seemed like everyone was on the same page and they really enjoyed helping out a the many shoppers that were there.
LOVE my car!! Thanks, Mark! We bought a car from CarMax, and then my husband actually got a quote for the same model at DCH for WAY LESS, so we went to check it out. Mark, the online sales manager, sat with us and a Sales associate (Mark can't actually sell cars, but the Sales assoc's can) and he made sure that we got exactly the price he had quoted us.
