Fantastic Lou Rodgriguez and Bob Spee both worked with me in purchasing my Toyota Highlander Limited. In the past I have purchased vehicles from Oak Lawn Toyota and I was happy to see that nothing had changed -- everyone is friendly -- and willing to help you in getting the vehicle you want. They go beyond norm to help you.
Great Experience Dropped vehicle off shortly after 7:00 am and they had it ready by approximately 9:00 am. That included replacing a defective battery and completing 6 month check up without an appointment.

Excellent Treatment Excellent, Johnny was very friendly and helpful showing us the truck. We told him we needed to look at some other trucks and could he hold the Tacoma for a couple days and he agreed saying it was not a problem. We did look around but came back because we felt more comfortable with Johnny and Oak Lawn Toyota. Thanks for the good experience.
Great Job! Thank you to Kirk Spencer for all of his help in getting our new car. He worked hard in finding the car we wanted and then had it shipped to us in AZ. The Burien Toyota dealership did a great job in processing the entire purchase even though we were out of state. We would highly recommend Kirk and Burien Toyota.
Very Nice Dominik Gibek and John Carnivele were very professional during the purchase of our 2012 Lexus. They answered every question, expertly demonstrated the vehicle, and exemplified a "whatever it takes" attitude that the other dealerships we visited during our search for a new vehicle lacked. All in all, the purchase and delivery experience at Oak Lawn Toyota was excellent - and the car is very nice too!
5 stars for service department We are devoted to servicing our Toyota at this south Seattle location. Easy to get to just West of the Airport. Worth driving down there for service any day. Hassle free (and dollar free) loaner cars. Experienced and highly customer friendly staff will lead you through process and/or make recommendations for service - now or later. Look for coupons in the mail, however, they've always honored prices without physical coupon. Can do without used car guys but service is A++++++++++
