Excellent Treatment Excellent, Johnny was very friendly and helpful showing us the truck. We told him we needed to look at some other trucks and could he hold the Tacoma for a couple days and he agreed saying it was not a problem. We did look around but came back because we felt more comfortable with Johnny and Oak Lawn Toyota. Thanks for the good experience.
Happy Customer Needed front brakes and was able to make an evening appointment. Got out of work early and dropped my car off an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment. They were able to get to it and was in and out in no time!
Hard Sell. High Pressure. Terrible Service. These people use an extremely hard sell and extremely high pressure tactics. You don't get what you want, but you end up paying thru the nose. And forget about service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a -189, which is the number of years before I will ever willingly deal with them again.
Route 22 Toyota is not getting my business I went on line and clicked through an IM chat button to confirm that one vehicle had a sunroof, which I was assured it did. When I arrived, there was no parking and a slew of sales reps who were hanging out. It took a while for someone to actually help us. While the sales guys were hanging out they mentioned that if we bought a car today we would get $1,800 off the price. The Highlander did not have a sunroof.
