Joy Riding my vehicle I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed. When I got it back 4 hours later, it had an extra 23 miles on the odometer, a cracked windshield, and several deep scratches in the passenger side fenders and door. A friend saw my vehicle being driven by two strangers (it has personalized plates) in the nearby town of White Center. Burien Toyota denies any wrong doing and refuses to pay for the damages.
Didn't Fix Vehicle I was disgusted with this business when they charged $900 to "fix" the check engine light. It wasn't fixed. Second time vehicle was brought in they found an additional $400 problem. The check engine light stayed off for a few days after spending $1,300 with the dealership and now is back on. I strongly suggest you do not trust this dealership.
Great Job! Thank you to Kirk Spencer for all of his help in getting our new car. He worked hard in finding the car we wanted and then had it shipped to us in AZ. The Burien Toyota dealership did a great job in processing the entire purchase even though we were out of state. We would highly recommend Kirk and Burien Toyota.
The BEST place to buy or have repairs done! We have had several interactions with Burien Toyota and have never been let down! We purchased a vehicle with them, during which time we were never pressured and they went out of their way to help when we were ready. From browsing to purchasing, they were great! Thanks for above and beyond service! Years ago, when buying our first new car, we had so many negative experiences with dealers that is was refreshing when we went to Burien Toyota. They were much more fair and nice than the other dealers of the same brand, and they were the only dealer we found who wasn't charging a several-thousand-dollar premium on the in-demand Prius. 5 stars for service department We are devoted to servicing our Toyota at this south Seattle location. Easy to get to just West of the Airport. Worth driving down there for service any day. Hassle free (and dollar free) loaner cars. Experienced and highly customer friendly staff will lead you through process and/or make recommendations for service - now or later. Look for coupons in the mail, however, they've always honored prices without physical coupon. Can do without used car guys but service is A++++++++++
Hard Sell. High Pressure. Terrible Service. These people use an extremely hard sell and extremely high pressure tactics. You don't get what you want, but you end up paying thru the nose. And forget about service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a -189, which is the number of years before I will ever willingly deal with them again.
Route 22 Toyota is not getting my business I went on line and clicked through an IM chat button to confirm that one vehicle had a sunroof, which I was assured it did. When I arrived, there was no parking and a slew of sales reps who were hanging out. It took a while for someone to actually help us.
