Great Service I took my Yarius in to get my 15,000 mile oil change at DCH Toyota of Torrace yesterday. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful including Bryan Yoshida. He took complete car of my car. It was quick and my car is running beautifully now. I will definitely be back for my future oil changes.
THE BEST! I meet ANTHONY NGUYEN at DCH Torrace Toyota when I bought my 2010 Venza 4 months ago now he is working in the service department. Anthony is the best guy to come to for anything at the dealership he give the best customer service and he always has a smile on his face . Hudson Lee-Professional, Knowledgeable, & Personable We went to DCH to "try-outâ a used Toyota - afforable & economical. Mr. Lee initially pointed to a 2005 Prius as a great car, however, I did not want a Prius. Over the next 45 minutes, Mr. Lee was gracious and we tried not only used cars, but also new cars. In the end, we took Mr. Leeâs great advise & purchased THE Prius! A good, no stress experience, due to a knowledgeable, GREAT GUY.
Vram Yaghoobov We have been a long time customer of DCH Toyota of Torrance and we take our cars exclusivly to that dealership for maintenance. The service department agent whom we deal with everytime is Mr. Sean Smith and we are extremly satisfied with the service and care we receive from him. Sean Smith is very professional and has a great personality. I also want to commend the ladies in the shuttle scheduling department for their great attitude and smiling faces.

I then had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Comer in finance. He is without a doubt the BEST finance manager I have ever dealt with. My sales experience did have some bumps in the road to success but these two men were exceptional. You should not pass up this dealership.
nurse I called dch torrance toyota to ask some questions regarding my 2007 avalon. Marvin Cabrera was very helpful not to mention very patient with me. He went as far as having me call him back with my vin to check if these horrible recalls apply to me.
