Our Salesman, Hamad Deeb, was the best salesman we have ever had. This is our 3rd new Honda from DCH Paramus Honda. In the past 30 years, we have purchased about 15 new cars and Hamad was head and shoulders above all other salesman. I came in the other day to have my car serviced after some issues with my breaks. Bruce Laga and Frankie Sanchez were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole process go smoothly and answered all my questions. I can't thank them enough for their patience and kindness!
This is my first experience with them and I could not be more happy! My boyfriend got a Jeep from the Route 46 location and it was the WORSE experience I have ever been through. I was super apprehensive going here because the Jeep experience was garbage. I knew nothing about cars FYI. Third time buying a used car , never from here and never again . Within a month I need a new battery and 4 new tires and it’s not seemed to be covered by any warranty. They say they do a 65 point inspection i guess batteries and tires aren’t part of that. So now it’s been a month into owning this car and I’ve already put 600 dollars of work in can’t wait to see what happens next . Will never been be back for anything .
Had some work done on the Honda Crosstour they did an excellent job this stuff is great
Worst service dept experience ever! Waited over two hours to get an oil change and tires rotated.
