If I make an appointment for a one hour airbag recall replacement, I expect to be out of there in about an hour, not OVER TWO HOURS. And it's insulting to then try and upsell me on additional services I don't want to pay for. This is another reason why I loathe car dealerships. Shady behavior abounds.

This was my first new car experience, and it could not have been easier. Hamad Deeb was more than accomedating with all the questions I had about the car. He even went as far as to get me a hot chocolate in between running back and forth to the lots to show me the various cars. I would recommend dch Honda and hamad to anyone looking for a simple, and fair car buying experience.
