excellent customer service. the staff is caring and thoughtful. RAY AND LIZBETH WERE EXCELLENT and heard our needs and concerns. after visiting 3 other dealers none of their customer services compare to paramus honda. we are glad we could make business with them.

I came for an oil change and to get my air bag recall done. I came at 7:30 am left my car with Natasha Nedd the service advisor. Then I never heard back from them. I followed up at 5pm via text and never got a reply so i called them and kept on getting Natasha's voicemail. I left a message and texted. Still no answer. At 8pm I asked the service operator where was Natasha and she told me that she was gone for the day. She told me that the car was not ready and that a part was not available. Have been going to Paramus Honda for 18 years! Have purchased many cars and have been totally satisfied. Today purchased 2018 CVR EXL, rides beautifully, great experience, wouldn't go anywhere else, all our questions are answered, highly recommend. I was conned by them. They sold me a free oil change package supposed to be accepted any Honda service in America but its not.. I regret ever coming to DCH Paramus.
