Entered the parking lot, parked the car and walked in and was immediately greeted by Emily the sales representative whom first took us to get coffee and then walked over to her desk she asked what we wanted and guided us to the right vehicle. She was very helpful. I been to at least 3 dealers and nobody compared to their customer service. Once we made the deal we was greeted by John( finance guy) whom was really a really helpful with all our needs and didn’t kill us in payments. I went to the dealership looking to trade in a car that was only 2 years old because I needed more room. I still owed money on it, Renato was able to show me the 2018 Odyssey that I wanted and help me to negotiate with them to get the price I wanted. It took some negotiating because we wouldn’t back down, but we finally got it and I’m happy. When it came to the vehicle pick up Hamad D. was wonderful. After 10 years of driving my Honda Accord, with almost 70,000 miles, I decided it was time to move on last month.
