RecommendedI always have service done here but my first experience with Natasha Nedd was amazing. She walked me through all of the issues on my vehicle and tried her very best to go through my warranty. Natasha is truly a God send and to this day I will personally call her because she is an excellent communicator and understands when certain fixes are not in budget. Had a great experience here. Went in looking to lease a Honda Odyssey, dealt with Juan Tamayo who was great to deal with. He made it quick and painless was upfront and honest about everything, no BS. I knew what amount I was willing to pay monthly and he did his best to get me to that number and got the papers signed the same day. Customer service excellent. Juan T. was very helpful to me. Even offered to drive my new purchase to my house since I had no way to get to dealership other than an Uber. I do not live far from dealership so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience for him. I really appreciate him doing that for me. I would definitely recommend DCH Paramus Honda.

I went to Paramus Honda for many years: I had bad experiances with some of the Service Representatives: When I started using Natasha Nedd everything changed for the better, she is polite, and very helpful with servicing my CRV.
