They found the cause of the problem we were having with our CR-V,. Turned out to be blown fuses, and they fixed everything . Even our key fobs!

Excellent, very friendly, courteous and honest. I was looking for dealers that had new 2021 CR-V stock on hand and no one in the area had any that matched my needs. However, Fuoco did have some on-the-way from Honda. They let me drive the one CR-V they had in stock. I purchase a Honda Civic Sport Hatchback about six months ago, and in the contract Honda agreed to put a tow package on my vehicle. I keep getting a run around when trying to contact the seller, and they still have not honored the contract to install a tow package on the Honda I purchased. I was told that all I had to do was pay for tires, and all everything else was covered until 100,000 miles, which was not true. I am not satisfied with how this has gone down so far, hoepfully they will stand behind the contract.
I've been bringing my Civic at Galpin Honda in Laurel Canyon for the past 3 years and I just changed the maintenance service to another location yesterday. I was surprised to find out Galpin Honda Laurel Canyon has been duped me for the past 2 years. They are charging exorbitant fees from 300-400 bucks for just a simple tune up and they wouldn't do diagnostics on your car unless you ask.
