Just leased a 2018 Honda HRV. Juan Tamayo was in charge of helping us. He was great, first by asking what car we were interested in and then by explaining all of the options that Honda was offering. He gave us all the details necessary with the purchase. Hamad Deeb and Dante were also great at their job. They showed us the car and sat us down to talk about the different features of the car. Everything was explained beautifully. The customer service here at Paramus Honda is excellent.

I went to DCH Paramus Honda to get my '09 Accord's A/C fixed even though I just replaced the compressor and coil 4 months prior back in Texas. Juan helped me through the whole process and communicated clearly with me what the plan was to fix the A/C, even though the problem should have never surfaced. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the customer service, the communication throughout the process, and the fact that my Accord is blowing cold air again. Thanks Juan you were awesome man!

The best experience ever with DCH Paramus Honda. Also, Chong Lee is the best sales representative I have ever met. Chong Lee has helped me from the beginning to the end with patience. He could listen to the customer and catch what a customer really wants. I got an Accord Hybrid EX and love it. If I would buy the next car with Honda, of course, I will stop by DCH Paramus Honda and look for Chong Lee.
Exceptional sales people. Carlos listened to what my budget was and the vehicle that I wanted (Hrv) and made it happen. They delivered the car within 2hrs and explained all of the features. They did not pressure me to put any extras. I would highly recommend DCH Honda to my friends. Thank you Carlos and staff.
