Bought a 2014 Chryslar TC 1 year and 4 month ago and now spending big buck to replase the transmission. Will never make the mistake to buy here again.
They do not inspect the vehicles nor do they give you a 90-day warranty they tell you the problems is on you.
I found out later that they had not inspected the vehicle like they told me they had . I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from them. and they told me that it had new tires when I asked. I believe them but later after I sign the papers I found out the tire we're not replaced or inspected. They do not honor a 90 day warranty because my car started falling apart dry rotting hoses and transmission plastic inserts. I found out later they did not inspect the car before they sold it to me. Shame on Earnhardt Honda, and your attempt to rip this retired veteran off!! Just thinking about the experience disgusts me. They ran over me in my brand new car. They asked for a test drive and I said yes then they proceeded to go 90 mph over my brittle body.
my wife had an 09:30 appoint. for an oil change today 7/16/2021. she was on time it is now11:23 and the just started on the car. The service dept. has gone down hill since we first car this is car # 5 and i think our last from garden state honda.
