I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Pilot at DCH Paramus, and that's because, Hamad Deeb made it so. First, I went to see a VW Atlas and a Kia Sorento at 2 other dealers, then I went to see the Honda Pilot last. I thought I was going to go in and leave with nothing, since there were no deals, and the other 2 dealers did have specials. Plus, I've heard from many that Pilots were expensive. My salesperson was excellent. We came in late but Alex took the time to meet my needs. The sale went smoothly and my family and I will definitely buy through him again. I explained the importance to my family about going to the same salesperson because he knew that I wanted and was able to get the car right away. He made it easy and so did the finance officer. Kudos to Alex Bernabe.
